It was an early morning game. Had planned to watch the match as it was expected to be an emotional one especially for former Liverpool manager, Gerrard Houllier, who made his return to English football with Aston Villa.

As expected, Liverpool's fans paid tribute to a man who was much respected for his tactical knowhows and also as a great gentleman in handling affairs within the club and especially with the players. He had brought much success to Liverpool FC during his reign.

I wish him all the best on his return to the BPL.

I m back from the Lion City in the South.

After many years since I last set foot on the tiny island, I m still very much impressed.

The efficiency is still there and that is what makes it a nice country.

On the mornin when I was on my way to Singapore, Liverpool played their 5th group Europa Cup match.

Not a result I had liked but hei, they topped the group (for now) and they qualified for the next stage with one game yet to play.

It was still a good mornin.

Its been a long time since i last blogged.

But I think its an even longer time since I last had a holiday (trip) of any kind.

So dis weekend, I'll be holidayin down south, well its just Singapore.

But, I m lookin forward to the trip.

So good luck to me, I almost dont remember how to go on a holiday.
